standard HIP is legal and fully compliant to the HIP code with a £2M insurance cover – this is to the standard of most pack providers.

The Full conveyance HIP guarantees that solicitor can sell a property on the searches provided and that when searches become invalid after 6 months then another search will be performed at a nominal charge. This is now more important with a difficult market with protracted sale times. Insurance cover £10M.

We are also pleased to offer a digital Floor Plan should you require this as part of your sales literature.

Most importantly we are local and perform every energy survey ourselves. We will liase with you and your clients to ensure that the survey is performed at a time to suit your client in an efficient and professional manner.
